A park home and a static caravan are two different things so if you have a park home then you will need to look for park home caravan insurance and not static caravan insurance. A static caravan is used whenever you want to take holidays you could choose to just stay in the caravan for the odd week or two throughout the year or you might in you are lucky stay for the whole summer. A park home on the other hand is your home instead of living in a home of brick and mortar; you stay in the park home all year round and probably take holidays in other destinations.

If you have a static caravan then you choose the site you want to put your caravan on and then pay the rental fees for the site. The beauty of a static caravan is that you can if you choose move it to another site after hitching it your car. Therefore a static caravan is more versatile than the park home is. You could also choose to rent out the static caravan when you are not in it.

A park home can range in size from the moderate to the luxury built park home. However all park home would have everything you would expect in a house made of brick and mortar. For instance there would be bedrooms, living room and kitchen and there could even be a small dining area depending on the size of the home.
